Where are classes held?
Our classes are held at Maraylya Community Hall, 346 Boundary Rd, Maraylya NSW 2765
Do you need dance experience?
No need at all to come with dance experience or background - that’s what we’re here for! This is a sport you can start at any age and we love watching family members enjoy physie together. We have many families where mum and grandma have joined to share the bond of physie with their loved ones!
Do we need to attend twice weekly classes?
Twice weekly lessons does not start until Term 2. A majority of members attend twice per week. We find that with twice weekly practices the members are able to retain the syllabus easier.
Do you offer refunds or fees-off for missed classes?
There will be no refunds granted for missed classes, holidays or if you decide to not continue with us throughout the year.
As a not-for-profit club, we aim to always keep our fees low and only charge what is necessary to keep Westside Physie running. We are also always accommodating to anyone in a position of financial hardship so please chat to Natalie if you are in this position.
Do we need to compete?
Although competing is not mandatory, the process of learning, perfecting and performing a new syllabus each year is all part of physie!
What do we need to compete?
You will require a Westside Physie uniform (options available) and a BJP coloured leotard/performance wear outfit for the year. No other expensive shoes or costumes are required!
What is your social media policy?
At the commencement of each year, members will be asked whether they consent to their image being posted by Westside Physie to Facebook and/or Instagram. This may then result in BJP Physie requesting the image also be shared on their social platforms. We kindly ask members to not share any videos of the BJP syllabus to their own social media pages. We also ask that videos including other children/members are not shared publicly to ensure the safety and privacy of our members is maintained.
